Merchant Terms and Conditions (Between Merchant and Customer)

1. Payment Policy: Once payment made which are non-refundable or non-cancellable for any reason.

2. Transaction Fees: Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment (including Duplicate payments).

3. Refund Policy: Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback /any other reasons and even duplicate payments.

4. Customer Support: Card holder or customer can connect call centre / Helpdesk/ Helpline for the further query/ disputes/chargeback.
