Let's not be mere dreamers without vision or mere visionary without action .As educators we are called upon to find a perfect blend of vision and action to equip our students with life-skills to face the real world to help them to grow into global citizens. This world engulfed by innumerable dark forces looks upon education as a beacon of light and educators as imparters of light and the children as bearers of that light which illumines the darkness of hatred and dissension caused by religious fundamentalism,regionalism,casteism and hunger for power and prestige. Dear students your parents, teachers and the society at large look upon you to grow up into holistic human beings armed with technological supremacy integrated with values, morals and with intellectual stimulation, physical robustness, social adaptability, emotional independence, sense of the Divine and leadership qualities. In this broken and divided world you are to be epitome of tolerance, respect and appreciation of diverse cultures and religions. You must be driven by values and love of whole humanity to unleash your inherent goodness to heal the world by your love and compassion.
